HOW EXPOSED FASTENER ROOFS WORK
Ribbed or corrugated panels overlap at the edges and attach with screws driven through the panel into the framing or deck. Each screw has a rubber washer that seals the hole. It's a simple, fast system, which is why it costs less than standing seam.
THE TRADE-OFF
